Hello, I'm Alexx
LIfestyle Photographer
I'm a laid-back, tea-loving, animal-snuggling human who finds joy in the small, quiet moments (and who will absolutely burst into song if you accidentally quote lyrics, but no promises on the pitch).
I live with my long-term girlfriend, two dogs, two cats, and a rotating soundtrack in my head. A while back, I spent six months road-tripping across the U.S. with my dogs, camera in hand, chasing nature, light, and a whole lot of peace. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Before photography, I spent nearly a decade working in autism focused therapy and also spent time as a foster parent. Those experiences taught me patience, empathy, and how to meet people exactly where they are: lessons I carry with me into every session.
I’m neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and celebrated. I believe showing up as your full self is a strength, not something to hide and I bring that energy into everything I do.
So that’s me: your friendly, slightly musical, always-compassionate photographer with a heart for real stories, a house full of fur, and a deep love for the people (and pets) who make life meaningful.
My approach

I love capturing candid moments, those little in-between bursts of laughter, connection, and realness that tell your story best. But let’s be honest: almost every picture is a little posed, and that’s totally okay! Posed shots can look amazing too, especially when you make them your own.
I offer gentle posing guidance to help you and your family feel comfortable and confident, but I encourage you to bring your personality and style to the session. Whether it’s goofy faces, quiet snuggles, or wild toddler chaos, I’m here to capture it all.
My goal is to provide a variety of photos, from relaxed candids to classic portraits, so you have options that truly reflect who you are. Above all, I want the experience to feel fun, easygoing, and pressure-free, with photos you’ll love to look back on for years to come.
